01 / RENT
Paid on the first, every month.
We sign the lease. That means Quynh is personally obligated to pay your rent, occupied or empty, on time or early, for the full twelve months. Vacancy risk sits with us, not you.
02 / CARE
In house team. No 2am phone calls.
Our own team handles cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers. We fix what breaks. You won't get late night texts from tenants or repair receipts from handymen. You'll hear from us at walkthroughs, for home updates, and if something major happens like a burst pipe or a tree down. Day to day, we handle it.
03 / GUESTS
Always placed. Never random.
Every guest is placed through a major insurance carrier, a licensed staffing agency, or a corporate employer. Every guest is qualified before they get a key. Every guest puts down their own security deposit. And we carry our own insurance policy on top of that.

Tony and Quynh are a married couple running Cozy Corner Estates together. We both hold full time W 2 jobs. Real estate is the business we built on top of careers we care about, which means we are not here to cut corners or disappear on you.
Two of the six homes in our portfolio belong to us. We live with the same standards we hold your home to. When we walk into your home for a turnover inspection, we know exactly what we would want to see. That's not a marketing line. It's the reason we started this.

We tour and make an offer
We walk the home with you within a week. If it fits, you'll have a lease offer at the walkthrough.

Sign a one year lease
Clear terms. No hidden fees. Your rent hits your account on the first of every month.

Step back
We furnish, market, and maintain. You'll get a turnover invite whenever you want to walk through.
Who stays in your home
We only host guests we'd trust with our own homes.
We built the business around three specific types of guests. They are busy, under contract, and generally somewhere else during the day. They are not vacationers.
Type 01
Insurance displaced families
Placed by insurance carriers after a covered claim like a fire, flood, or major repair. They are waiting for their home to be fixed and need a home away from home.
Typical stay: 2 to 9 months
Type 02
Traveling workers
Travel nurses, solar workers, and other skilled trades on assignment. Placed through accredited staffing agencies and background checked by their employer before they reach us.
Typical stay: 1 to 4 months
Type 03
Corporate executives
Relocation and extended business stays, booked and paid for by their employers. Higher expectations for the home, which is why we keep the standard where we keep it.
Typical stay: 1 to 6 months
